    The file has its sha1 hash in its name:
    521db075233ae19128d634028a8adcf86b2d202e

    did you verify it after download and before decryption?

    Do you have antivirus running? something is causing the decryption procees to currupt the file
    i don't see "Running Decryption program" messege

    try to start fresh with verified encrypted esd

    did you try open "decrypt.cmd" with administrator rights ?

    I have seen this before. For me it was always a corrupt download or corrupt .ESD
