I will try it but I think that the command for fetch the WU's links doesnt work in 8.1. How can I do it?
Guys which is the latest version of the esd decrypter i cant find the version info anywhere i have 5.2 but theres been updates since then
BITSADMIN will do, but it is simply awkward - especially when with All in One fetching. It is in C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log. 1. Create a shortcut of it on desktop 2. Stop download once it has been downloading 3. Double-click on the shortcut of WindowsUpdate.log 4. Find & input the target MUI, e.g. en-US, then click on search until you found the link. normally the link is at 4th search. [Note] Open WindowsUpdate.log with Notepad.exe.
Have you imported the registry for each MUI? Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade] "AllowOSUpgrade"=dword:00000001
With this reg file, it would search ESD only, not KB updates. Wait. Did you install Windows 8.1 with update version?
WU still finds KB updates. I will only select Windows 10 updates and see what happens Yes, I've installed Windows 8.1 with Update
OK. Wish you good luck. But if problem likes you so much, tell me to show you step by step screenshots. Remember to help yourself first before you can help others. Now you have problem with fetching, how you can provide me with ESDs you promised yesterday?
It does not matter with the keyboard. It is MUI settings that matter. BSOD or not. Are you using dual-boot? Do not be afraid. If BSOD occurs, use USB-Boot to switch to other system.
