No. Exporting the esd to a wim file creates unique identifiers. The wim file alone will always be a different hash. I'm sure there are a lot of other minor differences such as permissions and file dates and such that get modified when creating the ISO. We don't bother to figure out what all of those differences are because once the hash doesn't match, there's no point trying to figure out all the different ways it mismatches. That being said, these builds are exactly the same as the MSDN ISO in terms of what's actually INSIDE the install index. You can verify it yourself. Mount MSDN install.wim and esd install.wim (exported) and hash compare the various registry hives. They all match hashes. If the builds were different, they would not match.
