    @adguard decrypt-multi-test_v170625 create the new refresh esd to iso with only 3.6...GB but the @abbodi1406 esd-decrypter-wimlib-29 create the refresh esd 1703 to iso with 4.7...GB this both script has huge different on compress,with the first script its easy to make uefi bootable usb.

    Windows Defender (SmartScreen Filter) blocks Download winlib-12 as Virus. Have to turn SmartScreen Filter off to download.
