uup-converter-wimlib v15

- upgraded ReadMe.txt to ReadMe.html for better readability

- added ADK detection to convert-UUP.cmd, and a warning message if neither Windows 10 Host OS or ADK detected

- updated multi_arch_iso.cmd and fixed UEFI creation (thks @AndyMutz)

- added prototype script create_virtual_editions.cmd to create such editions, which are no longer available directly through UUP

- Limitations:
target editions are predefined
only for virtual upgrade (i.e. Home edition can't be used to upgrade > Pro then change to other editions)

- New editions are appended to install.wim, but you can use manual option DeleteSource to delete source edition

- Example steps to create "convert" Pro to Enterprise:
1) edit convert-UUP.cmd and SET SkipISO=1
2) run convert-UUP.cmd to create Pro distribution folder
3) edit create_virtual_editions.cmd set DeleteSource=1
4) run create_virtual_editions.cmd and select option 2, then enter edition number 1. Enterprise

Latest CDIMGE with m I know is CDIMAGE 2.54m. Latest CDIMAGE 2.55 fixed.

Yes, you can use the most recent ESD>ISO v37 for decrypting and converting 10586 ESD to ISO.
