    The first is for activation with an oem or retail key, while the other is meant for activation with a kms key, otherwise everything else should be the same.

    haha well I still know how to make calculations maybe you need to read it once more and you will notice that in the description of ISO there are differences ;)

    The difference is in the presence of one EI.CFG file.
