I have to say that for me, AMD's are excellent in Win10. Of course, I'm also running DX12-compliant hardware (R9 380 4GB), but I'm finding the Catalysts (with the exception of Crimson, which needs to go back to the drawing board, imo) to be very good in Win10. That would make me think the problems you're having likely are not related to Win10.
