    Yes, folder size is right now at 147mb so probably still downloading.

    yeah i know 147MB is files and folders i have count it ..after go boot.wim 200-300MB and then esd file 2-3 GB

    I'm in NZ too and no sign of it yet, are you an insider or just reserved 10 for 8.1

    i didn't have the files my timezone is GMT +2 Morning people drink coffe this time haha ...but i still don't believe is timezone is the priority in Countrys maybe?

    I should probably mention I'm in Australia (UTC+ 10 Brisbane). also my w8.1 computer was never an insider and my account was never linked to an insider build

    Yes, I'm using a VPN too so my machine think its in Netherlands. Perhaps that's the problem as I'm in Queenstown.

    thanks look like you got in langpack folder your lang or something...it was empty in preview builds :D thanks.
