Couple of things, The Bt Sources folder is where it will install from, but not till they hit the switch, and i have had them for 10 hrs, its 2:23pm 29th july, no one has had a install yet. Microsoft has reserved up to 40Tb/s per second of capacity from all of the third-party CDNs combined. To put that number in perspective, some of Apple’s recent largest live events on the web have peaked at 8Tb/s. Windows 10 is expected to be five times that and will easily be the largest day/week of traffic ever on the Internet. QoS problems are to be expected, especially since all of the CDNs will be rate limiting their delivery of the 3GB download and many ISPs will max out interconnection capacity in certain cities.” Source:- hxxp://microsoft-news.com/windows-10-rollout-to-have-massive-load-on-cdns-worldwide/ Some say that you shouldn’t try to open the setup.exe — it’ll cause all the files on that folder to get removed.
Anyone with Daz Loader W7 upgraded successfully using the "reservation method". Wouldn't the Hardware ID be different afterwards as the BIOS has changed?
i had legitimate 8.1 pro,the esd downloaded last night and this morning when i checked i also had a fail to install in winupdate history, but i hadn't even tried to install it as i was asleep, windows did it by itself,i just used an iso i had and now am on win 10 and activated.
Found this on Reddit, Windows 10 is downloading now in windows update with this fix. credit to /u/Losemind 1. Go into "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" and delete everything in that folder. 2. Now, run the command prompt as an administrator. Type in "wuauclt.exe /updatenow". 3. Go to your Control Panel > Windows Update and your Windows 10 should start re-downloading from scratch, hopefully without flaws this time.
I checked Update history only to see Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro failed 4 times. I tried to run setup manually and got this msg "... unable to locate installation file (boot.wim)". anyone has the same issue?

It is exactly the same version. You don't have to trouble yourself with this. It's all one and the same that has been confirmed time and again.

I had 3 Win7Pro PC's reserved and on one I saw the folder created. But I did not want to download on all three so I have uninstalled KB3035583. Hope this does not mean that I cannot upgrade now. Can I just manually download the ISO and upgrade only those PC's that I want to and when I want to?
