Yes, noticed it a few hours ago. But now it's finished, nothing else has happened, despite me trying to run the setup, and restarting the computer. I guess MS will send the start command on launch day.

Are any of the people getting the download NOT in the insider's program? Trying to figure out what MS is up to, if they are pushing it to everyone and only starting to update insider's tomorrow or just doing everybody anyway.
I did nothing ; check your network bandwidth monitor if you want to see it coming. it's coming to me at 33Mbps.
Agreed... I would also like the computer to update the intended way. I guess we have to wait for MS to throw the switch.
my main computer which got the update is not in the insider program and never was nor was the user account
It's 4:37pm July 28th in Vietnam and I saw the folder! Seems it is downloading. I've just downgrade to Windows 8.1 pro
The Windows 7 computer that has downloaded the update belongs to a family member, and I only use a virtual machine on it, so this computer is not linked to any insider account.
So, it's only a preloading stage today, and tomorrow the final files, or the final switch will let us all start setup.exe and put an end to this
ok, thanks...they said insiders would get it first so now it will be interesting to see how they actually pull that off tomorrow..my guess is they realize all the insiders have already installed it anyway so there is no reason not to do it for everyone.
