I had this problem on client's notebook, the problem was that the Touchpad was broken, it worked after disabling it from the BIOS, it's worth a try.

Might want go back previous version BIOS get it back to normal and also, Check your CMOS battery or time/date need to be adjust it, Also, pull out your hard drive go different computer see any error issues hard-drive.. Memory Ram, try swap different ram as there specification.

Hope problems solved. I had customer same laptop issues. It was the Bios and had wrong type modules.. Opps..

i got a call today and shop said they could not find the cause. they used ssd and checked ram.
i had my cousin drop the laptop at the shop. as this is in the city. and hes out of state.
most places can fix regular stuff. this will be hard to find a place that can actually fix this and know what they are doing.

Purposefully not reading anything so far - have you tested(have some one test it) the hard drive?

@raptorddd It's not a simple "yes/no" question. You test the hdd - what did you find out about it?

That tech literally took out what was probably causing the problem... and proceeded to testing literally everything else...
You put the HDD in question back into the laptop, or any other machine for that matter, you boot a live distribution like hiren's/sergei strelec/etc, you run something like victoria and you test the drive. If it misbehaves or has a bad S.M.A.R.T status, then it's only good for copying the data off of it and replacing it.

well i was told that error shows because the bios is splitted in to 2 files. bios and EC. so in order to check the management engine i need to join, merge both files onto 1. so that it can read ME status. but i dont know how to do that.

today i flashed bios chip again.( havent tested the guy left earlier so he needs to resolder back 1 of the chips.
but think i learned a bit. and it seems that the first flash with programer was corrupted or wrong.. check this out.

A78F433F9CD540B44C0E4464DBFBF747 u52-written.bin (file back up after erase/write and verify.)
C1B8EDEC03E771EA9541E5B29486E268 u52ok.BIN (file used to write chip)

130E8A3F0A44F69410A18883FF4512FC u53-written.bin (file back up after erase/write and verify.)
395FA0DA4DC293882FCF5DBF24E6FECD u53ok.BIN (file used to write chip)

    none match.
    will reportt back.

    UPDATE
    solved. all working now.
since it was my first time flashing with programmer ch34a1 i made a mistake.
i was told to compare files. but te program have a way to verify that match and said it was same. it was not.
so basically you need to make a back up of both bios chip and save them.
then i manually erased chip, and then i verify it was empty it showed all FFFFFF or 0000000 scroll down and all the same means its empty.
then proceed to write once its done then again you have to close program open program and read chip and save it.
now you have to use an md5 sum checker and create an md5 of both files.. the one from the chip you just wrote to. and the file you used to write the chip,
    both should match.
