I have an integrated GeForce 6150SE nForce 43, and the display was a generic driver which doesn't support 1600x900 resolution, which my monitor needs.

Googling I found countless complaints that it won't work, and that nvidia will not update the driver. Some saying to just install the Windows 8.1 driver, but no link or version number.

Search for GeForce 309.08 Driver (I can't add a link)

Installed it and it works as good as Windows 8.1 did, even though it clearly states "Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 8 64-bit, Windows Vista 64-bit".

Its a legacy driver, but if you have an older integrated nvidia video, look under "SUPPORTED PRODUCTS" and maybe yours will be there.

Yes, Nvidia has updated the driver, and it is the 309.08 and was updated 2/24/15. Just stating for those who say nvidia didn't update. They just didn't post as 8.1 support, but will work.

Nice of you to post this to help people. :spoton:

Are you saying this driver works with Windows 10? That IS the driver I have installed now (found and installed after Windows 10 GWX systray dialog said I couldn't install Windows 10 because of the incompatible driver I had then. But if THIS driver works maybe I'll retry)
