This is a little bit too dark. I like it, but the buttons at top right are quite hard to see. On a related topic - does anyone remember the shutdown dialog in an earlier OS (XP?)(Shutdown - Sleep - Restart) which would turn everything into monochrome - very classy shades of grey? Is there a theme which does that?
They never exist by default. You need to create a new key called personalize, then add the correct DWORD values
