    I cannot install KB3156421 on my computer. Is there any solution to my problem?

    Check log files in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS for details

    If you get Error: 0x80073712 while trying to update it means Windows Update is missing a file needed to Update, Make sure you guys have KB3140741 installed before you apply the update KB3156421

    No issue downloading it here with IE11 or Chrome, the download even started automatically
    but IDM asked if to save file name as Visual C++ Redist Installer V43.exe or Visual%20C%2B%2B%20Redist%20Installer%20V43.exe

    maybe that's the reason, it's better to remove spaces and use _ mark instead :)
    Visual_C++_Redist_Installer_V43.exe

    hey burf, the "auto" parameter still has no effect on x64 windows versions :(
