    Issue may be with Microsoft (Update Pulled???), links were all correct when published, have to wait and see

    ps, maybe they are loading 10 (1607) insider RTM releases? :D

    It all went good for me..
    Try IDM
    I downloaded KB3172985 in 13 minutes with IDM although the servers are very slow

    some help here..

    i have installed latest windows 10 1511-2 (the april updated iso) on one machine. Does this update apply to this iso i have used? (Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 KB3172985) or do I need to download some other msu for this particular updated iso?

    All of the updates on the april update iso were superseded before the iso was released. So, yes, that one is the correct one :)
