Could be, that by the time abbodi got around to updating his list KB3176931 had already superseded KB3176495 (Hence the omission)

I've got the same question. I was a bit sus but since it was added to WHDownloader I'd try it out.
I'm now having an issue with PC Reset. I set things up in Audit mode. Copy a folder (with documents) & save some shortcuts to c:\users\public\desktop. USMT for recovery, then Sysprep.
With the .82 build a PC RESET works but the contents of c:\users\public\desktop are not there. This has never happened before.
In the morning I'll try again with an older build & see what happens...

 

Try with a clean MSDN iso with the IP CU integrated in install.wim and winre.wim.

 

I'm using "X21-05999 SW DVD5 NTRL Win 10 1607 64Bit English Home Pro" & Abbodi's W10 script.

 

Is that an existing windows iso? It seems to me you mixed up 2 iso's, the NTRL iso with the appx packages and the Multiple Editions iso (which name doesn't begin with SW, SW is VLSC and doesn't contain Home and Pro).

 

It's the ISO the OEM's use...

Actually, maybe I've renamed it??? It was sitting in subfolders when I got it.
Anyway, I know it's good...

Update:
Tried the .51 build, same issue. Replaced the latest ScanState with the older build & it sort of works.
The desktop folder (with contents) got restored but the shortcut I'd copied across is still missing.
Took MS 6 months to fix ScanState the last time I had issues. MS is the best!

I see kb3176934 is rolled out to everyone now so build 14393.82 is a go...
