For Insiders on Release Preview. It is also released on mobiles where the person has set Release Preview. Currently Release Preview is ahead of the Fast ring on mobiles, maybe they are releasing the first mobile Redstone 2 Insider very soon?

Could be, that by the time abbodi got around to updating his list KB3176931 had already superseded KB3176495 (Hence the omission)

I've got the same question. I was a bit sus but since it was added to WHDownloader I'd try it out. I'm now having an issue with PC Reset. I set things up in Audit mode. Copy a folder (with documents) & save some shortcuts to c:\users\public\desktop. USMT for recovery, then Sysprep. With the .82 build a PC RESET works but the contents of c:\users\public\desktop are not there. This has never happened before. In the morning I'll try again with an older build & see what happens...
Is that an existing windows iso? It seems to me you mixed up 2 iso's, the NTRL iso with the appx packages and the Multiple Editions iso (which name doesn't begin with SW, SW is VLSC and doesn't contain Home and Pro).
