gt64 is good, but change the bios to 2015 or 2016

3176938 does contain the updated contents of 3176937. They're bumped to version .103 in 3176938 (.100 in 3176937).

But there are some language resource files that were in the previous CU (3176934) that are not present in 3176938. Not sure why they are not included in the new one, since I thought these were cumulative...

If anybody else wants to see the missing files, here are some of the resource files that exist in the previous CU (3176934) but are not carried forward into the Insider Preview CU (3176938). This is just a random sampling. There are many more besides these:

This is the first time I've seen a CU that doesn't contain things that were in the previous CU. Then again, this one is designated for Insider Preview, not for public usage. But the previous IP CUs have always contained what was in previous public CUs. Weird..

for me, this trick worked even in VM (en-us region)

There are 23 components (for x64) that have been updated to ver .105 in this latest release, and they also fixed the issue of those missing language resource files- all from KB3176934 are now added back in.
