    Is there a KB or download link for Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime 10.0.60729.alway can find 10.0.60724.The Sign betwwen them just a day difference.

    My phone downloaded 10.0.14393.189 overnight (production preview ring), previously it was on 187. Nothing similar for desktop?

    My Windows 10 pro (1607) updated to Build14393.187.
    I believe 14393.189 is for Mobile. Is it?:g:

    Uninstall 3189866 --> Reboot --> Check updates

    Or

    Do a fresh install and Check updates

    It was released because of distribution problems with kb3189866, afaik. It's mentioned in the article.

    We encountered a network transmission issue with update KB3189866 published on September 13, 2016,
and the quickest way to address this issue was to reissue the update to all Content Delivery Networks.
This new update KB3193494 has the same set of fixes as KB3189866.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
