Makes no sense. In WSUS, 3193494 superseded 3189866.

Yes, but then, why KB3189866 supersedes KB3193494 if KB3193494 solve the "network problem" ?

It was a MSFT's distribution network error/problem. Can you remember many people having issues with downloading KB3189866?

It's not the problem that some have with the KB3189866 for connection sharing (with this update, some can not "join" the network drives, or something like that) ?
    I thought I saw it

How would MSFT fix it with exact the same set of fixes in both updates (stated by MSFT)?

People who have kb3189866 already installed don't even get kb3193494 offered by WU.

microsoft says that they had some internal network problems in microsoft servers and could not deliver kb3189866 to some computers. therefore they had to release it again with a new name like kb3193494

    KB 3192366

Attempted to install on 'Online' Enterprise EDition via .MSU, got to 100% then came back with message "Unable to complete updates, undoing changes"
... .CAB via DISM also failed with same error.

Package KB3192366 failed to be changed to the Installed state. Status: 0x800f0922.

    Error 0x800F0922:
This error means your PC failed to connect to the Windows Update servers. If you are using a VPN connection, disconnect from the network and turn off the VPN, and try upgrading Windows 10 again.

The error also means there is not enough space in the System Reserved partition. To resolve this, all you need is a third-party software to increase the size of the System Reserved partition.

.. Neither of the above applies in my case

Errors 'We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer' and 'Failure configuring Windows Updates. Reverting changes':

Both the above errors are generic ones, which might appear any time when a Windows update fails. You need to find the error code for the failed update by viewing your update history. Go to Control panel>> All control panel Items / Windows Update / View update history. Then double click the update that has a failed status and check the error details.

Will not integrate on a 14393.0 Image, even when using abbodi's W10UI

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.14393.0

    Image Version: 10.0.14393.0

    Processing 1 of 1 - Adding package Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~14393.206.1.2
    [==========================100.0%==========================]
An error occurred - Package_for_RollupFix Error: 0x80070490 (CBS Corruption ??)

    Error: 1168 (ELement Not Found)

Maybe time for a fresh install, even though SFC and DISM (Restore Health) says all OK
