That one doesn't exist (according to update.catalog), keep in mind this one is released for server 2016 and that edition is x64 only.

Can we use this update KB3192366 for windows 10 pro x64 without problem ? I see that abbodi doesn't add this update in his log
I was trying to investigate it but that's all what i came up with. All 3 updates (sstack, flash and CU) were succesfully integrated in install.wim but not in the winpe images. I would advise against it.
Service Stack is Fully Integrated Error: 1726 (RPC_S_CALL_FAILED) Error: 1168 (ERROR_NOT_FOUND [Element Missing]) .. is (in my case) in conjunction with with Error Code 0x800F0922 (.. not enough free space in the System Reserved partition, or can’t connect to the Windows Update servers) both of these errors seem to be pointing to corrupt system files or corrupt disk sectors... disk sectors may in fact be my problem, as main system has now failed.. so a bit of work ahead of me. @abbodi - Just spotted your post about Telemetry Client.. Interesting.. M$ up to some new tricks ??
After installing KB3192366 on Server 2016 from WSUS, and rebooting: Code: We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer On a clean install of Server 2016 14393.0: installs properly, end result is 14393.206
Yes, I tried that also since the previous post (install from Windows Update on current 14393.187) and got same failure. So far, the only success for me has been 14393.0 -> 14393.206 (no previous patches in between). About to see about uninstalling existing patches then letting this one install and see what that does. Unfortunately every time I try anything it seems to take an hour or so to roll it all back and become usable again ;< Edit: I've also had a success 14393.0 -> 14393.187 -> 14393.206 (nothing but KB3193494 before this one).
Well, Well, Well... Just updated my secondary system from 10586.545 > 14393.187 -> 14393.206 I Then navigated to view Installed Updates to find KB3176935, KB3176937 KB3192366 (Present) KB3193434 removed automatically (New?), KB3176936 Service Stack and KB3188128 FP for Windows (Missing) KB3176936, KB3188128 were however offered via WU after the installation of r .206
