The .321 update fails to install if .223 was installed and system was then resetbased. This is because it contains version .206 of Microsoft-Windows-BootEnvironment-Core-MemoryDiagnostic.Resources and several other components, whereas .223 contained version .223 This means installing .321 would downgrade the component, which is illegal if the system has been resetbased. The Microsoft need to release a new version of this update, which would contain a .223 or higher version of the offending components
Fits. I was able to go from 14393.187 -> .321 whereas I was unable to move to .222 or .223. MS has tied themselves in knots and needs to release a CU to rule them all.
