    What's that? I am now on 14986 Professional N - waiting to see if it would be updated by UUP.

    For 14393 Preview? Oh, no. I have only 10586 Server, 14393 Server, and 14986 Professional N.

    OK. I'll check it out.

    If you are slipstreaming the latest CU into a virgin iso then yes.

    The banner appears in all support.microsoft.com pages since 3 or 4 days

    supposedly it's related to the recent DHCP internet connection issue

    that "Fast Startup" thing was a bug more than a feature

    Oh, no.

    Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~14393.576.1.8 dislikes my 14393 ServerDatacenter without all Server packages:

    About the superseding of the Dynamic Update for iso.

    Can I conclude kb3207781 fully replaces KB3203338 (same files plus "appraiser.dll" added) but KB3199389 (extra files: "feclient-replacement-th.man", "win32ui.dll" and "winsetup.dll") still is not fully replaced by kb3207781?

    KB3199389 was replaced by KB3203338 and now both are fully replaced by KB3207781, you can check that in Windows Update catalog info.
