    did anyone notice, that after last update od build 10240 (KB3074667 and net 3.5), welcome screen is loading something longer than before?

    BTW, I did check out Visual Studio 2012 RC5 that has just been released. There are no newer 2012 runtimes included in that release than what is already included in the installer :).

    Ok so i'm assuming KB3074674 is replacing the rest then, Did the build number change after KB3074674 was installed or is the build number still .16393 ?
