    How I can override OS check at MSI to get rid of this:
    "The app that you are trying to run is not supported on this version of Windows"

    ...which parameter of MSI to edit (by InstEd or Orca)?

    Installing anything fails, but copying extracted DLLs to SYSTEM32 works...

    maybe because .msi is signed with deprecated sha1 certificate
