    Thanks Enthousiast. And KB4015438 supersedes out KB3150513 for 1607, as expected.

    updates already handled by WU in the express way

    delta updates seems to be for monthly security cumulative only

    Can someone create a SVF for KB4015438 from KB4013429 and see if it's worth uploading? My internet is so damn over priced and I'm suffering from bugs in KB4013429

    Yay, it has delta update(700 mb in size...) but I don't know which update is base, how can I find that?

    Edit: it doesn't, the link in win 10 update history is wrong. So please, if anyone can, create a SVF with KB4013429 as base.

    Error in KB4013429, no more updates are installed now, KB4013458 and KB4016635, failing to install any of them. Some solution, I'm tired of touching it once it hangs, it rolls update because it failed. I do not want to install Windows again.

    I create the SVF from KB4013429 to KB4016635, the size is around 700 MB, not much smaller than the KB4016635 itself.
