My WSUS has overnight populated with a huge pile of FeatureOnDemand and LanguageFeatureOnDemand for Windows 10 Version 1703 One notable is GDRDU: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 (KB4016509) None of this seems to be in the catalog yet. And all of them are KB4016509 which does not exist yet in the knowledge base.
KB4016509 is universal identifier for 1703 packages (LP/LIP/FOD) and that "GDRDU: Cumulative Update" entry is just a duplicate of Microsoft-OneCore-DeveloperMode-Desktop-Package.cab and provide same file
