i've been away for a while, so sorry for the noob-ish question,
so installing
Windows10.0-KB4018483-x64 will uppgrade me from 1607 to 1703 ? or i have to 1st download the full iso and upgrade with that and this is just a CU for the new build~!!!

KB4018483 is the security update for flash msie on 1703, which will be released tomorrow (both 1703 and the flash update).

You have to upgrade from 1607 to 1703 1st, either by Windows Update or download 1703 (15063) ISO.

Guys anyone know which update should we have in order to use delta updates? And where you get this information from? nothing is in description of updates. :/

It seems each delta require the very previous cumulative from last patch tuesday

Addressed an issue where CredentialGuard-enabled computers joined to Active Directory domains submit two bad logon attempts each time a bad password is provided during a Kerberos-based logon. Logons to Active Directory domains with arbitrarily low account lockout thresholds may be subject to unexpected account lockouts. For example, 2 logons with a bad password could result in an account being locked out if the account lockout threshold is set to 3 or 4.

Addressed issue that increases CPU usage when IP forwarding or weak host is enabled.

I will try that as an interim measure. But, I actually depend on this new functionality, I used it to push 1607 to the desktops at my company and it actually worked. Planning to do the same with 1703.
