    I get error code 0x80070032 and error 50. I have no idea how to fix it, but my current state of OS is un-tweaked and both DISM ScanHealth and SFC ScanNow both pass...

    BTW, ver 1507 cumulative KB4025338 is for LTSB 2015 only, other editions no longer supported

    For some odd reason installing CAB failed, but installing MSU worked fine. I am on version 1607 and what is odd is that if I launch NTLite it detects OS version as xxxxx.1480, but in About Windows it still says xxxxxx.1378! Why?

    I also noticed that only WinSxS folder files were updated, but updated .DLL files in WinSxS folder were not introduced into System32 folder, where identically-named older files still reside...

    not applicable (update.mum lists only EnterpriseS/EnterpriseSN as applicable parent edition)
    even the update size is down ~ 100 MB
