I used W10UI_4.2 yesterday to install KB4077525 on a w10 LTSB 2016 and it installed without issue... OS Build is now 14393.2097... I'm using it now and no issues that I'm aware of...
Shouldn't make any difference since the error appears in reboot stage when going from 30 to 100%. It stops at 99% and reverts the changes . Edit: Also the new updates are ~100MB smaller than previous ones, what shouldn't be normal if updates are cumulative.

The point of integrating CU into WinPe is to be able to keep integrated CU after resetpc procedure . Someone can confirm this ?

I've never heard of a CU being language specific before, or did they choose to offer it on en-us systems only for some bizarre (testing) reason?
ok so in that case why both of these members @Enthousiast and @dback were surprised of seeing that CU were not integrated into winre yesterday as you can see here ? Since they noticed that and asked you to fix this, which you did by posting the new version win10UI_4.4 so that would logically mean that it is important to have these CU integrated in winre but you just said that it wasn't.
