Is your SSD made by Crucial (Micron NAND), Western Digital (Sandisk) or Samsung or something else?

It's a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. I suspect you'll say that it's a very reputable SSD manufacturer and it will last forever. I've had SSDs die on me previously, so I will still do my best to protect it, even like this.

I tried to update the SSU, but I got message that it already installed (When I got CU by WU).

Why are you manually installing updates and running WU, WU installs the SSU silently when the CU is being installed.

They both don't. At least SSD do not have any failed mechanics (like spindle/tracking servo) and are much more resistant against mechanical and magnetic shocks. Drop a mechanical HDD just a bit and you'll see.

I first running WU and get CU and then I heard about SSU, download it and try to install it (I didn't know that SSU is part of CU).

Now you know, WU installs all.

"5 Years Limited Warranty or 150TBW Limited Warranty"
I know it will last a few more years (hopefully, it can break from other reasons too, not just the written data). It has 99% life and almost 5TB written. But I'll still try to protect it. Last thing I want is to have to buy another, when prices for decent PC components are so damn high these days (and to make it all worse, I'm in a s**thole country in EU). Even if it's just another year it will be worth it, because that's a year I don't need to buy another SSD.

I can do it manually, but that wouldn't lead to a fix for @abbodi1406 his script, would it?

    I got it, that's why I wrote "Also". :D
I mentioned it because it is maybe the reason of it, something is wrong with package and script fails to integerate it. Did you tried manual integration as well?
Edit: seems like you did, sorry didn't see it
