I was able to install the cab with your method but using the w10ui I was getting update was already installed.
Would be nice if there was a file upload service that didn't redirect people to a stupid "Microsoft Critical Alert you need to call us and let us steal your identity" scam page. sendit.cloud does that.
So do I install the Dynamic Update for 107 if I already have 104 installed or do I use the Cumulative Update?
I use Adblock in Chrome and had no issues, it's downloading now, but be aware, the download speed is atrocious .
