    The Adobe Flash update - is it supposed to work or not? Perhaps I downloaded the 32bit version...

    I was able to install the cab with your method but using the w10ui I was getting update was already installed.

    That's because that update is from October 3. the current SSU, not the new CU from October 30.

    Would be nice if there was a file upload service that didn't redirect people to a stupid "Microsoft Critical Alert you need to call us and let us steal your identity" scam page. sendit.cloud does that.

    Why don't you just use the UUP Dump download option?

    Dynamic update is also updated to version .107, and released with the same name (kb4466596)

    So do I install the Dynamic Update for 107 if I already have 104 installed or do I use the Cumulative Update?

    I use Adblock in Chrome and had no issues, it's downloading now, but be aware, the download speed is atrocious :).
