I know. Still the KB4465664 wasn't offered when checking. Thing is ... i do not use WU for update installs .
I am bit confused here in terminology can anyone guide what exactly is meant by dynamic update ? is it dynamic in the sense that it will connect to some microsoft server live? I know what is meant by CU , it is cumulative update containing all previous minor updates in a single pack. SSU is service stack update .
Dynamic update can be for updating " ISO:\Sources" or for updating the wims. Both are available as .CAB only. Open the .cab by using 7zip and if it contains a file called "update.mum", it can be dism integrated, if not, you can extract the content and copy it to the "iso:\sources" folder. Or use W10UI by @abbodi1406, it knows how to handle all the updates automated.
Why do you integrate new updates in an iso which already contains an older update? When you are going to integrate updates, use a clean baseline iso (17763.1), all info about the needed 1809 updates is published at the OP of the sticky 1809 thread.
Ohh...thought we can integrate new refreshed iso with WHD list. I don't have base 17763.1 iso. So only the new one. I guess I'll do it after installing windows. Thanks.
It's not that it can't be done, it's about that the refresh iso already has a superseded CU integrated, and when you are going to pre-integrate updates, it's always better to use a clean iso. You can download all baseline 17763.1 iso's, here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...3-ltsb-2016-2015-server-2016-techbench.77028/
regardless the actualcomponents supersedence, KB4132216 is now a prerequisite baseline update that's required for all other 1607 updates (except Flash maybe) it will never be superseded or replaced sort of like KB2919355 for Windows 8.1
