Running startcomponentcleanup online require no pending servicing installing cumulative update will always require restart to complete, so the cleanup is not possible i cannot workaround that you may use Disk Cleanup to execute it after restart, or run it in cmd manually

Great, this KB4476976 helped me on "blank Action Center window" - Notifications are back without re-enabling background programs. Release notes: We fixed an issue where the Action Center might suddenly appear on the opposite side of the screen before appearing on the correct side. We fixed an issue resulting in the Action Center icon sometimes showing a number of unread notifications, however when you opened Action Center it would be blank.

It certainly fixed Action Center showing items that I have clicked already over and over. The AC opening at the opposite side is very, very rare for me, and not a serious issue, but those items that kept reappearing were super annoying.
Yeah, I can't reproduce that bug in any way, when I saw that Microsoft had fixed the bug that had to do with allowing the apps in the background, I assumed (erroneously) that they had also fixed the other bug but, when I realized that they had not separated the processes in the task manager, I began to suspect that they had not fixed that bug, when I read a report from a user who, after installing this CU, still had that bug, my suspicions were confirmed, and that's why I edited all the comments that I had written about this in different forums.
Hi, I just installed W10 1803. I know january CU and Flash updates are KB4480966 and KB4480979. And last SS update is KB4477137. Do I need anything else for an offline update? Thanks.
