Sorry for highjacking this quote thing is that I want to re-format my pc cause I can't get rid of the bug that makes the Start meny lag for before opening, no matter what I do. Are these the updates needed for a fresh Win10 LTSC 2019 install or are there more that needs to be included? Thanks in advance
With the updates, i posted, integrated, the install won't get any other updates offered, except the MSRT, Defender (definitions) updates and drivers
Sneaky Microsoft . Just today i realized the KB4482887 includes Retpoline Backport from 19H1 builds to 1809. Found some voices mentioning speed decreases by about 15% due to those updates but my own test actually show a ~10% Increase here (i5 3570K) .
You should see what these mitigations do to 4KQ1T1 performance on Optane and VROC, Its upwards of 30%.
Build 349 still didn't fix the acrylic blur bug on the Action Center. So I'm guessing it's a minor bug fix release.
Maybe Microsoft doesn't consider that a "bug"... https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...94-253-316-pc-rs5.77945/page-252#post-1507023
