Isn't that what WinRAR does if you open the CAB file with it and extract it? It does not extract actual full raw files...

I tried to integrate kb4494441 with wintoolkit but it ends with an error. Is there another way to integrate the update? Thank you

Confirmed on my wife's LapTablet, WU first installed the 441 CU and the new DotnetRollup, and in the next session it re-installs the 441 CU.

    Offline pre-integrated 1809 - 17763.503 doesn't have this, offline pre-integrated by W10UI_6.3

If .NET 4.8 (KB4486153) installed = only KB4495618 is needed
no .NET 4.8 = only KB4495590 is needed

In my PC with 4.8, WU offered me KB4499405, I installed KB4495590, checked update, same offer again, I installed KB4495618, KB4499405 gone
The old one not getting replaced is bug I assume

The currently needed 1809 updates are:

    Code:
    6ef7537225e78030ec0e631d105df250163bb46d *Windows10.0-KB4497932-x64_Flash.cab
    0e4fd55fb35c462a2e321ef3baa9484291057ab7 *Windows10.0-KB4494441-x64_PSFX_CU_17763.503.1.12.cab
    bb4b9ea64715eb13250cf315c8340b94eeeacec4 *Windows10.0-KB4499728-x64_SSU_17763.503.1.1.cab
    1606cd924bb09b23742eae9fd6215242f9b9a474 *Windows10.0-KB4495618-x64_DotnetCU_35-48.cab
    e9b17064b77f08c99a177b68a8639f4537ef918c *Windows10.0-KB4480056-x64_Dotnet_CU_Feb_15.cab

Doesn't matter if dotnet48 is installed, KB4495618 handles all, only the old KB4480056 is always needed.

They are already in .NET 4.8 itself

    without KB4486153 (.NET 4.8), KB4495618 only update .NET 3.5

but, WU metadata can behave in mysterious ways :g:

On my wife's 1809 Laptablet WU installed KB4495590 too, from the KB4499405 download, it didn't install KB4495618.

It also has no dotnet48 installed, so WU decides which one of the two is needed, according to what dotnet 4.x is installed, but KB4495618 overrules all :)

That's beyond my knowledge, maybe @abbodi1406 can answer this?

If I got what you said correctly, this is only for downloading purpose.
So WU offer KB4499405, if we have 4.8 it will get KB4495618, but if we don't we get KB4495590 (like your wife pc).
Thank you so much for all the tests :worthy:
those tests will save me lots of time in future
