Hmm.. The other post says that if you have 4.8 already installed, then you need Windows10.0-KB4495590-x64 + Windows10.0-KB4495618-x64 . What about NET 4.7.2? Do NET 4.8 updates you listed include all the NET 4.7.2 CU updates?

Just a heads-up for folks. I have several machines running Server 2016 (aka Win10 Server 1607) and one of them, coincidentally with a bitlocker-protected C drive, refused to boot after it had installed the current updates and restarting after the 30% install point as usual. The machine doesn't have a TPM chip either, so it was prompting me for the 48-digit bitlocker key before it would attempt boot, then it would give me the useless troubleshooting tools because it could not boot. Finally, I was able to take one half of the C drive mirror, load it in a USB caddy attached to another machine, unlock it with the key, and turn off bitlocker. Upon being reintroduced to the original machine without the other half of the mirror it booted up fine and finished installing updates. After logging in and seeing that it seemed normal, I reattached the other drive and it is currently rebuilding. Not sure if it was the update not playing nice with bitlocker or what. I sure miss the days when MS had a QA department checking their updates before unleashing them on the world.
Only consumer builds of Windows 10, versions 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709, and 1803 require this update. Devices that are running those builds automatically get the update downloaded and installed through Windows Update. This update is not intended for use in enterprise environments.
It looks like the Intel Microcode updates have been revised for all Windows 10 releases (less 1903 which is not official yet). I don't see revisions for 1511 and 1703 which are supposedly out of support and have no LTSC(B) equivalent.
For 1703 it's KB4494453. 1511 did not get any update recently. 1803 and 1809 will get this update at later date

Depends on what integration tool you are going to use, for example, W10UI just needs all updates next to the cmd, and it smartly runs the updates offline/online.
I'm absolutely clueless as to which tool I want to use whichever one the toolkit recommends/uses by default. I did just place them all in the x64 folder, and it seems to have worked. Edit: Oh man I thought I was in MSMG's thread.
So, this was more of a howto use these updates in MSMG toolkit, question? On a Sunday? This seems really odd. Only reasoning I can think of is that 1903 is going live to the public on Monday/Tuesday and they want this patch out there before that happens.
Emergency patch can come anytime. Funny they enabled HSTS on .gov.uk but not all domains on this TLD support https
