    Looks like some housekeeping in these CUs. 1803, 1809 and 1903 are all smaller than the previous CU.

    is the W10UI_6.4 suitable for all windows 10 versions, 1607, 1803, etc...?

    Yep, it should work for all, still officially supported, versions.

    the IE update for W7 is called KB4505050 (it's real this number!) and the first cumulative for 19H1 ended in KBxxxx666 haha

    What update was released today for 1809? I saw windows updating, from then then it turns off randomly automatically, boots slowly, if I manage to load windows, cursor won't move. And if I turnoff power switch, then turn on, laptop turns on automatically, even without pressing power button.
