Not really, W10UI_6.6 has specific settings for 1903, runs resetbase without touching the LCU, but simple /startcomponentcleanup will achieve a good cleanup too.
@Enthousiast I have .263 and cannot install .264, with an reference assembly cannot be found , error 0x80073701, using cab file install feature, I assume because they are the same package and conflict with each other(kb4505903), as there is no delta update available. Also, the .263 update is permanent, un removable, so that is not a viable course of action.
