    It's a good thing you'd written the CU info above, so I kinda jerryrigged the link. :D

    @Enthousiast
    I have .263 and cannot install .264, with an reference assembly cannot be found , error 0x80073701, using cab file install feature, I assume because they are the same package and conflict with each other(kb4505903), as there is no delta update available. Also, the .263 update is permanent, un removable, so that is not a viable course of action.

    instead of talking about pork and potato salad, how about referencing the issue I mentioned?

    edIt: oilernut beat me to it...

    But .263 did install fine, so should I slipstream .264? i dont want a full reinstall, however trying to get on release preview ring to get the delta update failed due to me blocking telemetry on group policy level

    uupdump unfortunately did not lead me anywhere closer to the delta update, only other files, I wonder if such file actually exist at all, the incremental build .263 to .264 x64, also, why are they the same kb number?

    @oilernut: now i see what you meant; your system is .263 after clean install slipstreamed, my system is not clean installed, but upgraded constantly , and the update fails as well, due possibly to same KB number conflict. As other users are reporting, this small update is problematic and probably works only on .236 systems. I'm sure it will be pulled by MS from RP soon(botched).
    What i initially thought is you suggesting I slipstream the .264 update to an iso and install it then.

    Chicken and pork skewers :D
    He meant to do an inplace upgrade using an iso with the update already integrated.

    As said they are in the release preview ring and nobody forces anyone to install them, so just wait till they appear either on catalog or on normal non insider installs (retail release ring).
