Is 1809 cab file from UUP correct?

1. Installing the CAB worked.
2. Win10UI appeared to run successfully, no errors, installing new ISO now.
3. Windows Update seemed happy, minus a few minor updates.

Let's hope the non-security update is not corrupted as well in a few weeks. *sigh* (thanks Enthousiant)

For Windows Server 2019 It is but it is correct

 

The 17763.737 server designated MSU is the same as the normal x64 CU, same content.

One is downloaded from the non server link and the other is the server link from catalog:
