i need help guys,

i'm running windows 10 x64 18362.10024, since today i'm getting the following updates below...
windows insider pre-release feature update to windows 10 version 1909,
it installs until 50%, then it reboots undo changes...it has doing this all day.
How can i prevent it or get it work?

You have to rename them to the blue names other wise it won't work

 

can you explain this process please as I`ve done as I often do create a folder on c drive then rename it as the KB no: copy the file into the folder I just created then run the dism command

So If you could advise the process would be keen to learn

one is for 1909 and the other is for 1903.

in 1909 I'm receiving Update KB4522742 while in 1903 I receiving update KB4522741.
