    Be sure to install the servicing stack update (SSU) before attempting to install the 208 update. The SSU is kb4545706 and the 208 Cumulative Update (CU) is kb4558244. Both can be obtained from uupdump.ml or at the link in the immediate previous post.

    I'm on LTSC 1809, build 17763.1158. Activated with HWIDgen. Windows Update Assistant fails when I try to upgrade. Is there a way to upgrade to 1909 without losing all my files? Thanks in advance.

    There's a reason WUA fails to upgrade Enterprise LTSC 1809 to 1909. It's in the name of the edition.

    not true.
    in-place upgrades from LTSB/C to normal enterprise edition are officially supported.

    There are new public updates, but catalog shows nothing for 1809/1903/9 or 2004 atm.
