Weird enough, 2020-06 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems (KB4560366) does not supersede 2020-05 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems (KB4557968). I verified this by uninstalling 2020-05 SSU and scanning for updates and indeed 2020-05 SSU is re-offered, even if 2020-06 SSU is installed. This is a rare event when a regular SSU does not supersede the previous regular SSU. Note: I have not checked the files within the two SSU for actual supersedence and my previous observation is exclusively based on WU behaviour and the documented metadata in Catalog and WSUS. There are good chances that the equivalent versions for other CPU types and bits to behave in the same way, although I have not investigated.
@ananhaid you are supposed to run it manually @qwidee1933 no since v1809, the only way to acuire files from CU is to install it @ch100 yes, it's metadata slip KB4560366 does fully supersede KB4557968
A possible explanation is that KB4560366 is under "Windows 10, version 1903 and later" while the earlier one KB4557968 comes under "Windows Insider Pre-Release" as per catalog. Not an excuse for a poor metadata job though.
