Mount the 17763.1 and run W10UI_8.2 again. enter your mount point here. look at the pictures i added And leave all settings as in the first picture If Adobe Flash is not added, the Adobe Flash msu is corrupt. This time you took a refresh iso with build 17763.107 Better look for the sfv repository and create the 177631.1 LTSC 2019, this ISO has 2 index LTSC 2019, LTSC 2019 N. You solved it well

Should those 3 above replace the 3 I listed or be used together? In what order? NetFX 4.8 package already includes a ton of other stuff. I don't think all of it is up to date.
