Will integrating all the 4 updates for my 1809 LTSC ISO make it up to date? Do I need to include anything else? I get confused sometimes there are additional .CAB files aside from the .MSU

For a while now, every time I do a /resetbase on my LTSB system after the monthly updates, it goes to 100% completion and then ends with an error 2 which means File not found. I can't figure out what file it is. I looked in the logs, but there is no mention of what is missing. Anyone know what this might be or how to fix? It seems like everytime I have updated an install.wim with a Dynamic Update (DU), I also get an Error 2, file not found. Is the update process looking for a file online?
@donmiller DUs are not for the install.wim, they are for the \sources folder. Just extract it's content and put it in the \sources folder of the iso.
