Because MSFT made themselve believe it are two different versions, just check the links and the checksums in them
Normally the 2004 updates are also applicable on 2009 / 20H2. But better to wait, maybe they will be out for 20H2 separately, IF they will be. I will run a test in a VM asap

I hope you don't mind me replying to you now in this thread, to avoid derailing the previous thread. Should I now download and integrate Dynamic Updates (SetupMedia), Servicing Stack Updates, and Cumulative Updates when working with MSMG ToolKit? I don't completely understand what the DU is for and never heard of it before until recently.
MSMG toolkit currently works with the updates you got the other night (19042.608), so either use them or wait till @MSMG updates his tool to work with 19042.610. All current 19042.xxx updates are listed here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-20h1-2-vb_release.80763/page-16#post-1571109
