I actually made a very simple tool for this, simply swm or esd creation: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-install-esd-install-swm-creation-tool.78925/ Split wim (swm) files first have to be copied to the target drive to be able to apply them, will take some more time when installing. W10UI will only be able to update one build at a time, the install.esd won't be over 4GB in most scenarios, for me it's when i have put in office 2019 install files, without them all install.esd files are well under 4GB.

Hmm, not installing on a fully patched Windows Server 2019 with a previous version of KB4486153 which is somehow expected. The current patch level (2020-11) is Package_for_DotNetRollup~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.4270.1 The refreshed .NET Framework 4.8 is Package_for_KB4486153~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.3307 while the existing installed version is Package_for_KB4486153~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.3106 superseded obviously by the .NET Framework CU. Probably without the CU or with a lower version like the built-in 4.7.2, the refreshed version would install without any issue.
The components collide is not new for .NET packages https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...0558-net-framework-3-5-4-5-2-4-6-4-6-1.77505/ that's becuse the new KB4486153 and the CU KB4586877 contain components with same version, but different hashes so they will not work together i should have tested the new KB4486153 before posting
