No matter what folder I choose for updates folder or what is in that folder it tells me that "Specified location is not valid".
I figured out the bug. If you leave all updates in the default folder everything works as it should. If you use option 2 to select your own folder it fails 100% of the time to recognize that folder as valid. Its contents are irrelevant. EDIT: Also minor nitpick but could have kb4577586 be labeled "Flash Removal" instead of just "Flash".
