Is this the "original" KB5000802 that we've been getting the last 24Hrs. or is this an updated version of KB5000802?

At this moment, UUP and the MSFT catalog appear to still be KB5000802 original version 19041.867.1.8

EDIT: I think that most users are looking for a fix to the KB5000802 printing problem. Either an updated version of KB5000802 or a new LCU. So I'm not seeing how re-offering the same KB5000802 on WU fixes anything.

I was busy with uni stuff in recent weeks, so I didn’t followed up discussions carefully, I have two questions:
    1. About SSU being in LCU, will these two methods work for updating a fresh .1 iso?
      1. Integrate latest standalone SSU, then integrate latest CU(which updates both LCU and SSU) or latest standalone SSU needs to be in the online system/adk to be able to apply combined package?
      2. Just extracting SSU from LCU and apply them seperately(without applying latest standalone SSU)
    2. About DU, I’ve read somewhere here that we should not use the setup.exe in DU, is it correct? And why?
Like always, thanks for all the hardworks.

    @tavrez

    1. Yes, both works
1.1. Host OS / ADK do not need SSU

    2. setup.exe must be the same file in boot.wim\2\sources and ISO\sources
when adding LCU to boot.wim it update sources files including setup.exe
sometimes, setup.exe in DU is different version from LCU

Sigh... rolling my install media back to 844.1.7.

It's no wonder the general public and IT admins hate Windows Updates lol. :D

General public - mm not so much.
Techies - I despise the damn thing.

The only reason I'm not rolling back is my use case is(so far) not covered by the issue, so I'm good.

That's cause MS doesn't release slightly newer cabs on Patch Tuesday, like they used too late last year.

I have brought a Surface GO 2 64gb from Amazon.co.uk, a couple of new defender cabs are now available from the signature below, with new cabs to be released this Friday. :)
