I do have some report that 1904X.899 not fixed the printer issues.

 

Maybe the next Windows Update LCU will combine fixes from KB5001649 (.870) and KB5000842 (.899).

 

Yes. If there's no immediate need, best to wait for the April patches.

 

im on 19043.870 and i did unfortunately dism cleanup after updated to 870 means i cant uninstall related KBs and get back to 868..so i cant install this 899 update gives me rollupback error via dism.. is there anyway to return back 868 in this situation ? thnx

You can try an inplace upgrade with a 19043.867 or directly with a 19043.899 ISO.

Not public I don't get it installed on 20h2 downloaded the kb but gives error

ps needed the ssu first to install that is why I got error and still the sucker won't install hehe

 

Are you sure it's kb5000842 (.906) and not kb5000802 (.870)?

Afaik, 1904x.906 is not released, it's from msft internal system, not in IP rings not on catalog and not on WU.

Either way this is the hotfix topic I was just trying to install the latest "beta" update trough DISM what kept on failing I don't realy care about the number Just the fixes they implement tbh. I will wait for the newer one then thx for the clarification
