Is the kb3095020 replacing the kb3081455?
In the kb3095020 article says yes but windows updated, after installing the kb3095020, notifies to download the kb3081455!

yes, kb3095020 supersede it, but for some reason msft didn't push through WU for all languages yet
so, kb3081455 is needed to silence WU

    Abbodi,

Any chance of the coreos-revision of this file KB3093266,
as it appears to conflict with your information regarding KB3095020
which superseded KB3081455 which in turn was supposed to have superseded the very same KB3081448....

    All very confusing

    Many thanks

No, you haven't missed anything. That is the latest.

You're looking at the value for:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\BuildLabEx

Abbodi is referring to the version # from "coreos-revision" in the cumulative update (10.0.10240.16520). That value is always a little higher than the BuildLabEx value. You'll see it here:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\UBR
